After years working across professional kitchens & superyachts, I created Avalon Table & Co. to bring beautifully crafted food experiences to Perth. My focus is simple: fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours, and thoughtful presentation — the kind of food that brings people together.
From on-site events to elegant in-house dining, every dish is made with care, creativity, and a genuine love for hospitality.
